Step by step
Price
With the prescription in hand, our consultants will check the product and quantity requested. We will contact our supplier network to locate the best price and delivery time.
Document
Necessary documents: Prescription, RG and CPF of the patient and proof of address. We realize the entire release process with the supervisory bodies. It is allowed to import up to 6 (six) months of treatment as prescribed.
Transport
After payment confirmation, The request is forwarded to the supplier. Transport is performed according to temperature conditions required in the package leaflet.
Delivery
We inform the Tracking Code and follow the delivery from the source of the country of origin to the arrival at the requested address.
